Glasgow Crossrail, Strathclyde

RWA Rail is currently part of a multi-disciplinary team led by Faber Maunsell on behalf of Strathclyde PTE, considering options for the provision of services over the City Union lines in Glasgow and hence joining the suburban networks to the north and south of the Clyde.

This includes the provision of comprehensive timetabling and performance modelling services to the project team.

Although the project is in its early stages, it has already shown wide rangin impacts on Scottish railway services, including those on the Kilmarnock route.
